Service Description

Get ready for the upcoming year with the Summer Strength & Conditioning Program. This program is designed to increase your strength, power, speed, and endurance, with a focus on quality weight lifting form and sport-related movements. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, this program will help you increase your general athleticism, strength, and endurance. With smaller class sizes you can be assured more hands on and focused training for your athlete. There will be a total of 18 sessions through the training period ( I will be on vacation for a week in late June)
