Service Description
Get ready for the upcoming year with the Summer Strength & Conditioning Program. This program is designed to increase your strength, power, speed, and endurance, with a focus on quality weight lifting form and sport-related movements. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, this program will help you increase your general athleticism, strength, and endurance. With smaller class sizes you can be assured more hands on and focused training for your athlete. There will be 24 session over the summer. I will be gone for vacation from June 28th-July4th, which will take 2 sessions away from what would have been 26 total sessions. There will be a total of 24 sessions through the training period

Cancellation Procedure
