Classes I Offer

Get your heart pumping

I offer a two different types of classes! a General HIIT class which is good for all types of levels of fitness and a plyometric class for athletes that are looking to increase vertical and lateral quickness.


General HIIT Class

Using mostly body weight and dumbbell exercises in a fast paced, low rest timeframe. Great for losing fat, increasing muscle mass, and cardio!


Plyometric Class

Jumping, Bounding, and Increasing force development! Good for all types of athletes of any age group!
