When you decide you'd like to enroll in a program from me, you would click on the link below to book a consultation with me. In this consult, we go over your goals, familiarity with training, current or past injuries, and any chronic disease or health conditions you may have.
After the consultation, I start working on your program. I then invite you to join me on Trainerize, which is the app that I use to assign you your custom program. In this app you will see every workout along with the visual examples, sets, reps, weight, and notes under each exercise. This app takes all the guessing away from terminology you may not know, as every coach has 10 different names for the same exercise.
From there, we make tweaks to your program as you begin to progress and adapt. There are no contracts so whenever you feel like you are set to go on your own, there is no hassle!
