Service Description
Small Group Training (1-6 People) is aimed at increasing your strength & stamina while building on form and learning basic training principles. I will have varying exercises and modifications for people of all skill levels. Each day has a general theme to it alternating between Upper, Lower, Cardio, and Full Body routines. Learn how to Bench, Squat, Deadlift, and all the variations inbetween! Become well rounded in a gym setting and have fun with a great collection of current and former 1on1 personal training clients that join! If you are not a member of the gym, you can bring $5 in Cash for a day pass for the gym.
