Service Description

Through Truecoach I track progress & weight or duration increases for your results. I also tag on instructional videos for each lift you do, so you have solid examples on how to do the exercises that are assigned to you. You can also talk with me through the app, and reach me at anytime you'd like. This allows me to have a better hands on approach to online training, while still allowing you the freedom to exercise at your own pace. We will go over your goals and I will ask you a bit about your history with exercising and any medical conditions or past injuries I should be aware of.

Cancellation Procedure

Any Cancellation Under 24hrs will not be refunded. If you are rescheduling, the session must be rescheduled within the same week. If I do not have availability, you forfeit the session. Please contact me for any questions.
